1. The service
Finnian Wisak provides the Hatch software and the online service at api.hatch.wisak.at free of charge. There is no entitlement to a particular availability, particular features or further development. Features may change or be removed.
2. Your account
Keep your password and your agent tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your account — including actions that Claude Code, Codex or scripts perform with your token. You can revoke tokens at any time in Settings.
3. Your content
Your content belongs to you. You grant us only the rights needed to store, sync and display it. Don't upload unlawful content, and don't use the service to harm others or to overload it.
4. AI and third-party services
AI results (Google Gemini) can be wrong — check them before you rely on them. For connected services (GitHub, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, calendar providers), their own terms apply as well.
5. Liability
Hatch is provided free of charge and “as is”. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; personal injury is excepted. Back up important data regularly using the export in the app.
6. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in the app. In cases of serious abuse, an account may be suspended.
7. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
